Why work with me?
I trained and dieted excessively for a period of my life to gain a professional status as a bodybuilder, figure athlete. It was during this period that I realised the intense stress that can be placed on the body & mind through dieting, constantly striving for more and never being happy. I realised how important being happy with your body truly is and how the mind can be such an incredibly powerful tool if used correctly.
Through my years of experience in running gyms, training clients and competing, I could see there was a pattern in those that succeeded in making lasting changes to their diet, body shape and health and those that struggled yo-yoing in and out of diets and training plans causing themselves more stress.
This led me to further study the power of the mind and the study of excellence through Neuro Linguistic Programming, of which I am now Master Practitioner and able to coach clients through many types of transformational change.
I know the importance of creating life long changes to your health. I have been in the industry for over 20 years and know how damaging the wrong diet and training plan can be physically and mentally. Will this programme be right for me?If you are a fitness coach or personal trainer wanting more clients and to grow your business then this is absolutely for you. This programme is structured to help you build the foundations of your business, to help you bring in more clients, increase your prices and scale up your business to allow you more freedom.

I've been working as a coach for a while is this just for new coaches?It's for both new and established coaches. This programme is ultimately designed for business growth so if you are already established but looking to take the next step in increasing your income then you'll learn the tools on how to do this. However, if you are brand new to fitness coaching or personal training then you will also learn how to get everything in place from the start to create your success.

Can I pay in instalments?Yes you can choose the subscription option where your costs will be broken down over 6 monthly payment of @ £195. First payment payable up front on signing up.

How much time will I need to invest each week?This programmed is self-paced so you can work through the modules in your own time. We will also have a 2 calls a month of between 1-2 hrs depending on the support needed. I will advise approximate timelines to aim for throughout the 6 months.
