I trained and dieted excessively for a period of my life to gain a professional status as a bodybuilder, figure athlete. It was during this period that I realised the intense stress that can be placed on the body & mind through dieting, constantly striving for more and never being happy.  I realised how important being happy with your body truly is and how the mind can be such an incredibly powerful tool if used correctly.

​

Through my years of experience in running gyms, training clients and competing, I could see there was a pattern in those that succeeded in making lasting changes to their diet, body shape and health, and those that struggled, yo-yoing in and out of diets and training plans causing themselves more stress.

​

This led me to further study the power of the mind and the study of excellence through Neuro Linguistic Programming, of which I am now Master Practitioner and able to coach clients through many types of transformational change. 

I know the importance of creating life long changes to your health.  I have been in the industry for over 20 years and know how damaging the wrong diet and training plan can be physically and mentally.  This is exactly why I created my Thrive Workshops & The Shift Group Wellness Coaching programmethey have been researched, planned and tested, so you can experience the power of self development, breaking down what has been holding you back and what has been limiting you, to be able to ditch the diets for good and make lasting changes to your wellness so that you can feel amazing on the inside and out.

So what does The Shift programme cover?

Reflect

  • We take a look at what has been holding you back from reaching your health & fitness goals, and work on clearing anything restricting you so we can move forward with clarity. 

  • A deep dive into where you are within the stages of change and how we can get you to the stage where implementing changes just becomes who you are, like brushing your teeth in the morning!

Connect

  • We look at what your thought process and beliefs are about yourself, your goals and your ability to achieve them, we re-wire the thoughts that have been holding you back into better healthier habits and behavioural patterns for the future. 

  • We explore what is important to you about your goals and outcomes, so it makes the process of achieving them smooth and easy to maintain, enabling your mind & body to work in harmony.

Prepare 

  • What outcomes do you want to set and achieve, and how can we do this?   At this stage we break everything down and will go through the nutrition and training information you need to be able to continue with a step by step plan into the future.  I am giving you all the tools you need to maintain any healthy changes that we set.

  • We create together your own personalised healthy eating and training plan.

Action

  • Learning the strategies for getting yourself into the right place to take action and achieve your goals.  You’ll learn how to build a strong inner strength of willpower and motivation to succeed. 

  • We put together your step by step 1 year achievement plan.

Here's what's included:

1 full month of support along your journey.  

When making life long changes you’ll have plenty of questions along the way so it’s important to have that support for when questions arise. 

You’ll have access to an online chat direct with me Mon - Fri and you'll also have the connections from all the other ladies too.

4 x 1 hr group coaching sessions. 

Our zoom calls will be very transformative and allow you the time to take in the information and implement the techniques.  You’ll also have the support from the group and learn a lot from each other's experiences too.

1 year achievement plan - This is something we create together and work on throughout the month to make sure you have everything you need to create lasting changes.

Nutrition - All the information you’ll need to create your own simple healthy eating plan that works, we will create this together so you have a plan going forward.

Training - We cover different training styles for different outcomes and work out a plan that is best for you to go forward into your new life.
